How do I know what size tutu to purchase?

Our tutus are created to fit snug at the child’s waistline. We use average measurements of a child’s waist size based on their age. If your child’s waist/height is different than most children their age, please provide that information during checkout. If you are unsure of what size to order, below is a chart that lists waist and length sizes in inches from 0-3 months to 12/14 years. Please keep in mind that with the elastic waistband a standard 3-4 inches will be taken off in order to ensure a snug fit.

How will I receive my order?

If you are in Columbus, Ohio or surrounding areas you have the option to pick up or have your order delivered directly to you via our personal delivery service. Thus, please make sure we have a correct shipping address on file. If you are outside of the Ohio area your items will be shipped directly to you.

How does customization work?

Our goal is to be simple and efficient. When placing your order for customization PLEASE include all the details necessary to complete your order. In the event that we have questions or need to make changes to your order, we will reach out to the email address on file. a finalized photo of the order will also be emailed upon completion for any change requests. If there are no request for changes, order will be delivered within 24 hours.

Do we create handmade items for adults to wear?

In short, the answer is no. There may be some “mommy and me” specials from time to time but that is not something we offer at this time.

Are returns or exchanges accepted?

Customized Items — ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES. This includes all items except premade bows. These items are one of a kind and made specifically to order, therefore they cannot be returned.

We accept returns ONLY on items damaged during transit or do not fit. In this case customer would need to reach out customer service within 30 days of purchase with supporting documentation. Item will then be replaced or altered.
